Terms of Service

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required by the laws where you live, to use Banditron. If you are a minor, obtain your parent or guardian’s permission where required. You must be authorized to use any account you connect. Purchases on the standalone website require the legal capacity or authorization to enter the payment agreement.

A specific capability may have a separate eligibility requirement when verified provider terms require it. Banditron asks you to confirm that requirement personally before that capability is used; it does not apply to other music tools. Keep your account secure. Banditron may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.

You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Banditron the limited permission needed to store, copy, transform, analyze, transmit to configured processors, and return that content as part of the service.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the music, lyrics, performances, recordings, voices, likenesses, prompts, and other material you provide. Do not use Banditron for infringement, fraud, harassment, non-consensual voice cloning, deceptive impersonation, or unlawful public-figure deception.

Generated or transformed results may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other material, or ineligible for exclusive rights. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether and how it may be used or shared.

Generating original music does not guarantee exclusive copyright. Transforming an existing recording, separating stems, or generating a new performance does not transfer rights in the underlying music, lyrics, voice, or recording. Your use and distribution must respect those rights.

Guest includes 5 Library minutes and no AI minutes. Free includes 30 Library minutes and 30 AI minutes each UTC calendar month. Plus costs US$4.99 per month and includes 3,000 Library minutes and 500 AI minutes per paid period. Pro costs US$19.99 per month and includes 15,000 Library minutes and 2,000 AI minutes per paid period. Library minutes measure the duration of persistent stored audio. AI minutes are a separate generation allowance.

Included AI minutes are issued for their applicable Free month or paid service period and do not roll over. Unused Free minutes do not stack with a paid plan. An eligible paid subscriber may buy 250 Extra AI Minutes for US$5 as a one-time purchase. Purchased minutes carry over, remain available after a subscription ends, and are separate from included minutes. Free and Guest accounts cannot buy extra minutes. Purchased minutes do not raise Library capacity or grant paid-plan features.

Plus and Pro are recurring monthly subscriptions that renew automatically unless canceled. Stripe handles payment processing and provides hosted Checkout and billing management. Your payment confirmation and billing details are available through Stripe. A Checkout return alone does not establish paid access; Banditron updates access after payment is confirmed.

A Plus-to-Pro upgrade takes effect after the prorated upgrade payment succeeds. Stripe calculates the charge, your renewal date stays the same, and Banditron adds only the proportional difference in included AI minutes for the remainder of the paid period. A Pro-to-Plus downgrade is scheduled for the next renewal; Pro access continues through the current paid period. You can cancel at the end of the current paid period through billing management. Cancellation stops future renewals, while paid access continues through that period. No new paid-period allowance is issued after the subscription ends. Already purchased extra minutes remain available.

Ordinary subscription cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period and leaves your account in place. Deleting your Banditron account is different: Banditron first cancels any active Stripe subscription immediately, then removes your account and private content. If Stripe cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion remains pending for a safe retry. No automatic prorated refund is issued on account deletion. Unused included and purchased AI minutes are lost when the account is deleted; balances are not transferred.

We do not offer annual plans, trials, coupons, automatic overages, early renewal, or automatic minute refills at launch. If you use all available AI minutes, new generated work may wait until another allowance is available; there is no automatic extra charge.

Subscriptions and AI-minute purchases are generally non-refundable once provided, except where required by law or for billing errors. Contact support@banditron.com about a billing error or refund request.

Banditron may change features, future plan prices, Library capacity, or included allowances with appropriate notice before material changes take effect. Changes to future prices or allowances do not reprice a paid period already in progress or alter AI-minute grants already issued. If a lower Library capacity applies, existing audio remains available for playback, download, and deletion, but new persistent audio may be blocked until usage is below the limit.

Guest work is tied to this browser workspace and stored on Banditron’s servers; clearing browser data alone does not erase it. A share link can make its song available to anyone who receives the link until it is revoked. You are responsible for the audience you choose.

Features may rely on Google sign-in, optional Google Analytics, Stripe payment processing, configured AI processors, storage, and compute providers. Pasted third-party media URLs remain subject to the source platform’s rules and your rights to the material.

Banditron may change or discontinue features with appropriate notice for material changes. Generated results and service availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
